He watched her
As she glided
across the floor
Light on her step
Auburn hair hung
in curls down her back

She watched him
Standing in a corner
Poorly hidden by shadows
Dashing in his attire
Eyes flashing wildly
Like jewels in a light

They meet later
clandestine lovers
Wanting each other
No holding back
Eyes locked, watching
Hungry for the other.
