It’s the beginning of tons of world event holidays. Brewfest is here. So like any good WoW player, I got my character good and drunk and began working on the achievements. *grin* Ionara hasn’t gotten very far, but at only level 65, she won’t be able to finish it anyway. I’ll probably work on a few things for her to get a head start next year.

Alicity is another story. I’ve been working hard on her to get the Brewmaster title. Today, I logged on knowing all I needed to do was kill Coren Direbrew. Another guildie wanted to do the run, so we got a group going, only needing to get one none guildie to run with us. So I got the title. I also got 3 trinkets off of Direbrew, one being a healing one and one I may use for battlegrounds. Nobody else wanted them or couldn’t equip them because they are all unique. Yay. I’m still going to stick with my ambassador title. I’m not going after the achievement What a long strange trip it’s been, because of some of the stuff I need to do. I’m just going after the ones I like best.

After a lot of hard work and lots of gold spent, Alicity got 50 mounts and received mount 51, the Albino Drake. Isn’t she a beauty?!

I’ve been a bit absent from WoW for a while. What started as take a couple days off turned into nearly two months. I’d log into the game, but never felt like playing when I did. I guess I was a bit burned out.

I’m back now. I logged into the game a few weeks ago, leveling Ionara. Got her to 62 a day or so before patch 3.2 dropped. Logged back into Alicity and have been pvping with her. I like the new queue system for Wintergrasp and the new battle ground, Isle of Conquest is fun. I’ve only done that one 3 times, but have been on the winning side on all of them. I’m slowly building up a healing pvp set (3 pieces so far), and will be building a dps set after that. I plan to duel spec Alicity.

Alicity has also been collecting mounts since the new patch. I got her up to 41 mounts with all the Alliance races mounts and bought the armored brown bear in Dalaran. Then I started the quest chain to gain Kurenai rep along with the grind of killing ogres and collecting their beads. That opened up me buying 8 more mounts, pushing my total to 49. Just one more and I will get the Albino Drake for her.

Started a brand new hunter, a female dwarf name Caris. She is level 20. I’ve sorta put my other hunters to the side. I guess I love the Alliance side too much to try to level another Horde. I love my belf, Ionara, but only one Horde toon for me I guess.

I deleted several toons that I grew bored with. I even deleted the death knights. I just don’t really care for that class.

Alicity dropped one of her professions for another one. I got rid of skinning and took up enchanting with her. I found a guide to follow for power leveling enchanting and hope to get her high enough to at least disenchant Outland and Northrend greens. I figure that since she is 80 now, it should be time to start a new profession. Enchanting was the only one I deemed useful to her.

Well, good news. Our guild leader is back. He was forced to take a break from WoW when his computer died. Boy, do I sympathize with that. I logged on early this morning and saw the news. So yay! Guild still working as intended.

Still doing battlegrounds. This weekend holiday bg is Alterac Valley, which used to be my favorite. Eye of the Storm is my new favorite. Also attempted Strand of the Acients a few days ago. I’ll do it, but it’s really not a favorite. Not as bad as Warsong Gulch.

Got over 31,000 honor right now, hopefully will get much more during the weekend.

Quite concerned right now. My guild leader has been MIA for nearly two weeks. I’m wondering what’s up. Usually he lets us know when he’ll be gone for a period of time, and now the council is going to be having a meeting concerning the future of the guild this weekend.

I love my guild. I don’t want to lose it.

Well, I went and did battlegrounds on Alicity tonight. The holiday bg was Eye of the Storm, so I did about 6 of those. Got my honor over 10,000, so it’s a good start. EotS wasn’t a favorite of mine, but holiday gives you double honor, so yeah, just had to.

I do like the new way of queuing up for bgs. You don’t have to find a battlemaster or portal, and once the bg is done, you just get spirited back to where you were. Very nice.

I really do think about 10 or so bgs a day for several weeks will get me the gear I want. Of so I hope. I do grow tired of things quickly, but we’ll see.

Now that Alicity is 80, I’ve been wondering what to do. I know I dislike raiding. Hate large groups. I don’t mind 5 mans, so might do some heroics. I’m thinking of doing battlegrounds. There’s some really nice welfare epics (I hate that phrase) that are just screaming my name. I figure if I do enough bgs everyday before work, I might get a nice piece or two. I don’t know. I’m not fond of PVP, but I find it less stressful than running instances and dungeons.

Been working on Ionara the past few days. Dinged 55 and am now halfway to 56. Just a few levels until Outland, and hopefully I can breeze through there. She’s got enough for her epic land mount when that time comes.

Deleted several toons that I just was not interested in playing. I also installed new addons, so I’ll have to redo that page.

Decided not to leave Ionara out in the cold.  Noblegarden is probably the easiest of the world events to complete.  Logged into her Wednesday night, and got nearly everything on the list.  I had to log because it was getting late and I was getting tired.  Logged in Thursday and found a female dwarf to complete the achievement.  Even got my hearth set to Dalaran, so that is nice.
